Transition / Half Lift to Chaturanga Dandasana

The first of many “in between moments”. How we move from place to place matters. It all depends on your intention. Do you want to build strength, go through the practice with minimal extra steps, build extra heat right from the beginning? Either way transitions are an opportunity to connect the asanas, to maintain the thread that connects the entire practice - the breath. Only then can the practice become a moving meditation to observe and make space for the intelligence of the breath to find expression and for us to be aware of that expression. So, we don’t continue moving through this life totally unaware of this magic.
