Trini / Half Lift
After moving inwards, we get a glimpse of what it feels like to start unraveling the spine. Lengthening it, creating space and moving the breath along it. As we move the chest away from the legs we have an opportunity to draw the support of the ground from the feet, up the legs, through the center of the pelvis and out through the crown of the head. Energy is moving through us and we feel it.
