Now you get to move into all that space you created in ekam. Remember this feeling, let the imprint of it take root deep in the pelvis as you move inwards, you’ll come back to it many times throughout the primary series.

Variations:

Bend the knees as much as needed, bring the fingertips to the floor or hands to 2 blocks next to each foot
